Caught a water taxi, then a tourist boat out to the Statue of Liberty and took some awesome photos. Very impressive indeed. Saw squirrels in Battery Park (see photo) - loved them. Went on the subway railway twice (noisy, hot and smelly! - but quick). A more leisurely day with not so much walking - and weather was delightful. Caught the bus home (just arrived - 4.30 p.m., which is MUCH earlier than normal). Wendy, Martin & Aimee got off the bus at Walmart to do some shopping and will eventually walk home. Jordan & I caught the bus to our unit. We will do some washing and then go out for tea. Our time in New York is running out!
